64 REDCLIFFE GARDENS
In partnership with Brecons Design I oversaw the comprehensive refurbishment of a 6-flat apartment building at 64 Redcliffe Gardens. I managed the entire process, from design to execution, ensuring that every detail was aligned with the client’s high expectations. The project included extensive upgrades to the interiors, transforming it into a modern, functional, and luxurious living space.
2 Chesham Hotel
In collaboration with Brecons Design I successfully managed the complete refurbishment of the 2 Chesham Hotel (formerly known as Diplomat Hotel) in Belgravia. This high-end project involved an extensive interior renovation, including the redesign of 26 guest rooms, communal areas, and key architectural elements. The project required careful attention to maintaining the building's original charm while modernizing it to meet luxury standards.
The hotel, originally a Victorian-era residence, now features modern amenities like walk-in showers and sleek fixtures, providing a comfortable and stylish environment for guests. The project was completed on time, adhering to both the client's vision and high-quality standards, resulting in a beautifully transformed space.
Tilbury Wraparound Extension
The Tilbury project involved a wraparound extension, expanding the property on three sides to maximize living space and functionality. The extension included a rear expansion to create a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, a side extension to accommodate additional living space, and modifications to the front for enhanced curb appeal. Throughout the project, structural integrity and seamless integration with the existing building were prioritized, ensuring a modern yet cohesive design
